This Blue Mountains dining destination is the brainchild of young Chef Nelson Dukes who aims to rock the boat by only using fresh produce on the fully housemade menu. From a complete gluten-free menu, discover creative dishes such as Australian wild-caught barramundi croquettes with hand-cut chips, green salad, tartar sauce and lemon, dessert tacos and whole snapper; dive right in and net popcorn chicken, chips and peach bourbon BBQ sauce to start, or salt and pepper calamari, tartar and lemon. Perhaps hook crumbed battered fish, with sweet potato scallops and salad, or chow down on a Wagyu beef burger; finish with a waffle taco shell, milk chocolate, ice cream and pistachio crumb.
