About Molto Italian

For authentic Italian run by Canberra stalwart Carlo Tosolini, look no further than Molto Italian at the Kingston Foreshore. This seaside trattoria boasts modern interiors of high ceilings, dark wooden table settings and an open kitchen and bar, alongside a wood-fired pizza oven. Best enjoyed with family and friends, Molto’s menu reads like a romance where hand-cut pasta and an extensive stuzzichini menu beckon to be loved and shared. Delve into the likes of pork short ribs, tomato glaze, beetroot puree and sweet onion, before housemade wild mushroom ragu pappardelle; or perhaps a Frutti di Mare pizza of fresh seafood on a tomato base. Stunning views of Lake Burley Griffin can be enjoyed from a fully enclosed alfresco area, so the only thing that’ll be chilled is your midweek Negroni.

Sunday Lunch
The food was delicious and the service helpful and friendly

The good was delicious. Our group enjoyed the spicy prawns, squid ink pasta, a pizza and a pork & pumpkin pasta (my fav). The torte was a tasty way to finish the meal
I would have liked a bit more knowledge provided to us on the wines since we were keen to try one of the Italian ones. We had the Grenache to start and it was much lighter than we had been told. After asking the bartender we tried a second wine which was much more to our liking.

Always a class act

Delicious food; faultless service with a smile.
