Nice breakfast & coffee but served on dirty plate & cup cost extra
Greasy thumb & finger prints clearly visible on plate (left by kitchen staff), also sticky with maple syrup splash from a different dish (not our orders). Charged extra to have latte in ceramic cup instead of disposable, not signposted or explained why.
