Led by Head Chef and namesake, Ludovic Mulot, the menu is designed for sharing, blending the finest local ingredients with timeless continental cooking techniques. Ludo offers a sans precedent dining experience, complemented by a live pianist playing Sunday-Thursday nights; start with a lobster éclair with tarragon, celery and caviar, or duck sausage, speck, red cabbage, roasted apple and red wine jus.
