About Ludo
Descend into the subterranean world of Ludo, a multi-award-winning restaurant nestled beneath the historic 1908 South Perth Police Station on Mends Street. This intimate setting is home to a unique dining experience, where nouveau European cuisine meets seasonal local produce. Led by Head Chef and namesake, Ludovic Mulot, the menu is designed for sharing, blending the finest local ingredients with timeless continental cooking techniques. Ludo offers a sans precedent dining experience, complemented by a live pianist playing Sunday-Thursday nights; start with a lobster éclair with tarragon, celery and caviar, or duck sausage, speck, red cabbage, roasted apple and red wine jus. For the main, think Chateaubriand with black pepper crust, cognac cream sauce, potato gratin and grilled asparagus.
