Take a seat and ponder a menu embracing starters of kingfish sashimi, passionfruit nuoc cham, radish and tobiko; or perhaps a fried soft-shell crab Po Boy charcoal slider tempts. For the main affair, try lemongrass chilli lamb ribs, lettuce, herbs, pickled cucumber and jew; or opt for duck breast red curry, steamed jasmine rice and sauteed seasonal greens. For an indulgent finish, don’t go past Timtammisu, or mango coconut semifreddo.
