Walked in hungry with mate for dinner, not greeted by anyone for a few minutes as the staff were "busy" cleaning. Paid, and sat down wanting some hot food right away, but found out all "hot food" were either empty or cold left overs (including cold fried chicken!) BBQ took 15 minutes to warm up to touchable temperature, so full plate of raw meat for the first 20 minutes. Request to change charcoal and the staff found out they reused previous burnt out ones. Another 15 minutes passed after they changed the charcoal, we still have a pot full of half raw meat and sausages. When complaint, we received very aggressive response from the service manager as well as the owner (Korean lady who didn't speak English, but was able to SHOUT at us in Korean). We ended up very upset, lost appetite and left this place without having anything (but already paid upfront). Will never come back again, not for the food, nor we deserve the bad services and attitude - we are the paying customers!
