CHIPS - Hot chips are in our humble opinion the ultimate accompanyment to beer, but for too long the hot chip has been treated as merely a side and not given the respect it deserves. We hand cut our chips onsite daily and they are thrice cooked to ensure they are crisp, fresh and fluffy. Try with salt and malt vinegar!
