Un salto nel passato. Ho rivissuto quei momenti indimenticabili ed impressi nella mia testa, di cui godevo nei giorni di festa in famiglia quando ero in Italia. Per noi in Italia non esiste un pranzo senza vedere in tavola un primo piatto. Se è fatto poi con prodotti freschi e di qualità, abbinati alla passione, tradizione e professionalità meglio ancora. Ho conosciuto FAVOLA, tramite alcuni amici, me ne avevano parlato con tanto entusiasmo. Finalmente ho avuto modo di andare e provare. Ero con alcuni amici italiani, siamo rimasti tutti sbalorditi, TUTTO ESTREMAMENTE BUONO. Ritorneremo sicuramente, così avremo modo di non dimenticare tutto il buono che abbiamo lasciato in Italia. Unico consiglio che posso dare a chi vorrà provare questo emozionante godimento è quello di prenotare in anticipo. Purtroppo il localino era pieno, abbiamo atteso circa 30 min prima di entrare. Solo dopo abbiamo avuto modo di capire perché ci fosse così tanta gente.........GRAZIE CHEF FABIO !!!! A Presto!

I eaten sometime in the italian restaurant La Favola in Sydney Australia. I can assure to had eat deliciously . I will must return to Sydney for my bussines and surely I will return to the FAVOLA.
