This hidden secret café oozes industrial-style charm from the olive-green walls, to polished concrete floors and trailing greenery, it is an oasis of calm ideal for lingering over a latté and bite from the all-day menu. On balmy days, chill out alfresco and ponder plates like avocado toast, heirloom tomatoes, yuzu gel, labneh and dukkah; or chilli scrambled eggs, herb scallion salsa, prawns and watercress salad. The lunch crowd is satisfied with choices such as a katsu chicken poké bowl, with ginger soy brown rice, pickled Japanese vegetables, yuzu koshu mayo, furikake, avocado and mushroom; while pasta lovers opt for gnocchi carbonara, with mushrooms, guanciale, 63-degree egg and pecorino.
