Tucked away on Broughton Road in Artarmon, Hoo & Tu’s Kitchen is a warm, hawker-style eatery led by Chef Wayne and his wife Cindy, inspired by the bustling dai pai dong of Hong Kong, Malaysia and Taiwan. The kitchen comes alive with the aroma of wok-hei stir-fries, house-made radish cake and dishes enriched with Chef Wayne’s signature XO sauce. The menu blends Malaysian-style Cantonese classics with Taiwanese favourites, from comforting braised pork rice and Hainanese chicken rice to handmade tofu and vibrant three-cup chicken. With bold flavours, lively cooking and heartfelt hospitality, Hoo & Tu’s Kitchen brings authentic Asian street-food spirit to the Artarmon community.
