Absolutely outstanding! Since the new chefs began at Christmas I have raved about this restaurant to everybody who will listen. Many have now tried for themselves and loved it. Truely one of the best experiences I have ever had. Went to Sabayon in Canberra a month later and would not rate them in the same ballpark as the Carrington. Well done Bungendore - just brilliant!
