We had a high tea for a friends bridal shower and the food and service was AMAZING. We had numerous options for the high tea and everyone loved what they had. Lots of food and all delicious. A fantastic venue.

I recently came here on a Girl's Trip in August and had the most amazing experience.
My husband had to travel to the Sunshine Coast for business and I was lucky enough to join him.
I told him we had to visit Flaxton Gardens as last time it was so incredible. The weather was sunny and beautiful so this time we were able to sit out on their gorgeous terrace.
We started with the Sweet Pea & Chickpea Waffle with Smoked Eggplant Caviar (which is vegan and glutenfree) and the Salt & Pepper Calamari with Fennel and Black Quinoa Salad which was amazing. We ordered the waffle because it sounded interesting and we hadn't seen anything like that before. It was so yummy! My hubby is a huge meat eater and even he liked it!
For mains, my husband ordered the In-House Smoked Sticky Short Beef Ribs and I had the Seafood Linguine with White Wine Cream Sauce and oh my gosh, wow! The meals were sooo good!
We were so full but as I missed out on having a dessert last time, I insisted that we at least had to share something so we ordered the Raspberry Souffle. It was seriously delicious.
I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. Both experiences have been amazing and we will definitely be back!
A true experience
Between the decor, views and food, Flaxton Gardens was the cherry on top to a wonderful hinterland holiday! I recommend the smoked menu!
