Banquet menu is the best way to sample most menu options at a reasonable price. Menu varies from vegetables to fish, to seafood, to meat. Perfect technique with simple and high-quality ingredients. Overall, a quite enjoyable experience and satisfactory quantity-wise (a rare for Sydney). Thumbs up for wine list, even by the glass, with lots of French and Italian options differing from "mainstream" restaurants. Cutlery and table setting could be improved.
