A Wonderful Find in Wine Country
My first dining experience at Essen is one to remember. With friends we shared the set menu amongst us. I'd heard good things, and it lived up to all of them. The ingredients first class, and so fresh. I really can't wait to dine there again....oh, and it's BYO, which is lucky. Based in a small cottage in Stanthorpe, this restaurant is in the heart of a place they call Granite Belt Wine Country, so we really had a genuine local wine and food experience. Thank you to the family team behind the scenes, we just loved it!
