About Club Macleay
As dusk settles and the orange-pink hue of evening light plays across the waters, award-winning Waters Edge Bistro on Benowa Street in Macleay Island makes for a pleasant place to relax and admire the spectacle. Located on the upper level of Club Macleay, visitors enjoy pre-dinner drinks out on a deck by the water, refreshed by ocean breezes; while indoors is warm and welcoming, making for the ideal spot to enjoy a meal with family and friends. Australian bistro-style fare is on offer, perhaps begin with a serve of Thai fish cakes, or duck spring rolls and plum sauce; before a seafood basket with crumbed whiting, scallops, calamari and prawns, or everyone’s favourite butter chicken and steamed rice. Not to be missed are the housemade desserts and freshly ground Grinders coffee.

How To Get Here -
The Bay Islands are located in the beautiful Moreton Bay Marine Park and are just a short ferry trip from Redland Bay. The water taxis depart Weinam Creek Marina, located at Banana Street Redland Bay and run frequently throughout the day, 7 days a week servicing all islands. The boats are wheelchair friendly likewise all the jetty facilities. Public bus services run to and from Weinam Creek Marina. Please visit Translink for bus routes and schedules.
