I tend to stick with wagyu cuts here and do recommend you ask for assistance from their proprietor when ordering for that special occasion. Highly recommended!
I have been to CGOH many times before and have never had a bad experience, The service is impeccable and the food is sublime. An outstanding winelist is complimented by the on-hand sommelier with a wealth of knowlege minus the pomp. Medium minus sees my scotch steak on the medium side of med rare everytime and the desserts do more than round off an evening. I've been with 8 people in the past and was advised upon booking that there would be a minimum 2 course per guest, easy if an entree and dessert are split between couples and the main to yourself. I'm already looking forward to goign there tonight for my anniversary
