This is an outstanding microbakery, as well as being an example of local farm to plate food, they know the farmer and they mill the grain! The bread is a tastebud sensation and if you need more carbs there are the sandwiches, pastries, sausage rolls and pies and then the coffee, thats straight up locally roasted too. They make Sourdough and have all the styles, you want all baked daily along with THE ONLY PLACE IN TOWN that actually makes their viennoiserie, or croissants and pastries. Pasties, sausage rolls, and pies all changing their fillings with the seasons with local grown produce. You can also catch them at the local farmers markets on a Saturday.
