About Bommie
Bommie restaurant on picturesque Hamilton Island is led by award-winning Executive Chef Ryan Locke, whose Modern Australian menu champions native ingredients, peak season regional produce and a true sense of place. Located within the sculptural Hamilton Island Yacht Club, Bommie is the island’s destination for fine dining. Bommie takes its name from the Aboriginal word ‘bombora’, a term for the vibrant, shallow reef formations that surround Hamilton Island, often visible from the deck at low tide.

BSI XMAS CELEBRATION AT BOMMIE
This was one of the best meals I have every experienced. Move over Attica it was that good. The food was exceptional, the service just as exceptional and being taken through each dish as it was served by Ryan Locke the Executive Chef was such a delight. 14 people dinned in a private room and 14 people had the best experience of their life. Wonderful meal in a great setting attentive service
Entrées and Mains very great! Very good wine selection. Desserts were a let down: all the ones we tried were too sweet... The place looked great though and it was a very good experience overall.
