About Bombora Seafood
Above Wollongong Harbour’s glistening waters sits Bombora Seafood, a unique dining experience in breezy, stylish surrounds on the jetty. Versatile for all occasions, be it a romantic evening for two or family lunch, this waterfront restaurant boasts a smart, casual setting worth lingering over. Enjoy a drink on the deck and browse a menu of fresh seafood, partnered with a sumptuous selection of alternatives for those looking to deviate. Bombora’s prawn buckets and seafood platters go down a treat, as does linguine with black lips mussels, prawns and squid, topped with seared scallops and aged Parmesan. Wrap your hands around a Southern fried chicken burger, with cheese, BBQ sauce, lettuce, bacon and tomato, on a milk bun with a side of chips; or classic hamburger with American cheese.

Cafe atmosphere
We were disappointed with the atmosphere. Really was a cafe style restaurant. Booked online then travelled down from Sydney as I thought a restaurant overlooking the harbour would be nice. We found outside seats that were in a walkway, while inside felt you were in the kitchen. Food was ok but selection wasn’t restaurant choice either. My fault, I should’ve looked into it further before travelling.
Nice restaurant, with lovely food :)
Early bird special. Prob the best for value meal I've had since the 90s superb setting and food
