We were fortunate enough to get a table here on a Saturday night on short notice. We were especially interested as the restaurant has 3 hats and has an amazing vegetarian degustation. For 2 hours we were given amazing food. The vegetarian option was sensational, in fact surpassed the meat option. The creativity involved in the vegetarian option was like nothing I've seen and as a vegetarian it ticked all the boxes. The only negative thing I could say is that we had to wait 20 minutes between one course, otherwise the hospitality was perfect. Bentley, thank you and next time I'm in Sydney I will attempt to visit again.
