About Bangalay Dining
Shoalhaven Heads newest destination restaurant, Bangalay Dining on Staples Street is inspired by the surrounding natural bush and coastal environment. Nestled in the Bangalay Luxury Villas Complex, drop in for a leisurely lunch around the pool, or perch on a stool at the bar and enjoy a cheeky cocktail while perusing a menu with a heavy focus on local and native Australian ingredients, allowing the flavours to shine. From breakfast to dinner, expect temptations like oysters and burnt cucumber, or kangaroo, wattleseed, muntries, sea blite and hazelnuts to start; before mains such as Black Angus sirloin, radicchio and beach mustard jus, with a side of Dutch cream hasselback potatoes, smoked beef fat, labneh and chives. Those looking to share may opt for the enticing four-course feast menu.
