Backstreet Café is easily my favourite café on the Sunshine Coast. Incredible coffee, fresh and delicious food made with high-quality ingredients, and the friendliest staff you’ll ever meet. You can really feel the positive atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Every visit is consistently amazing. Highly recommend!

Without a doubt, the best café on the Sunshine Coast! The coffee is consistently outstanding, the food is always fresh and made with premium-quality ingredients, and you can truly taste the difference. The staff are genuinely happy, welcoming, and go above and beyond to make every visit special. From the moment we walked in, the service was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. The team made us feel right at home, and nothing seemed like too much trouble.

I ordered the Eggs Benny, and it was outstanding. Fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked eggs, and a delicious hollandaise that tied everything together beautifully. I also really appreciated the great range of gluten-free options, which can be hard to find without compromising on quality.

The Flat White was excellent smooth, rich, and expertly made. It’s easy to see why so many people recommend this place. Great food, fantastic coffee, and service that makes you want to come back.

The Mixed Berry Pancakes were absolutely incredible light, fluffy, and perfectly cooked. The berry compote was fresh, bursting with flavor, and balanced beautifully with the maple syrup. Every bite was delicious, and the presentation was just as impressive as the taste. And the cappuccino was just as impressive. Smooth, perfectly textured, and made with great attention to detail. The Belgian chocolate flakes on top took it to another level, adding a rich, indulgent finish without being overpowering. Easily one of the best cappuccinos I’ve had. Every detail reflects why this café has won awards.

Without a doubt, one of the best pancake dishes I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be back!
