What an amazing experience. Best fine dining around including the Sydney CBD. Daniel has skills that have no equal.

Absolutely Brilliant
This is a special place. From the moment you are seated, you are referred to by name. The food is excellent and not surprising as this chef trained at Restaurant Como back when it was one of the "go to" restaurants in the mountains. The food pushes the envelope of creativity and innovation and is beautifully executed and presented. We chose the 7 course tasting menu with matching wines, and each wine complimented the dish perfectly. We are looking forward to returning for the new season menu.

Inspired menu to enliven all senses
Our large group had the Marri 7 course degustation, some of us also having the wine pairing. The meal was superb. Inspired flavour and texture combinations, celebrating native ingredients in an all senses satisfied meal with perfect portion sizes. A truly wonderful experience, from the ambience, staff interaction through to the mood music and of course the sumptuous food and wine. Cannot recommend more highly. Chef Daniel is amazing.

Arrana provides an incredible menu that is supported by wonderful engaging staff and restaurant environment. The incredible flavours that are waved through each dish are all complimented by the paired drinks, with high quality ingredients and presentation.

she had been before and took me here and it was awesome.... So excited that you can go to a fine dinning restaurant and you don't have to drive to Sydney. Food is amazing the front of house was amazing as well. Well worth a visit . can't wait to go back in Feb with all the fam

This isn’t just a restaurant it’s a dining event! The quality of service is beyond excellent and only surpassed by the visual and taste experiences presented to you by Chef Daniel Cabban with every dish. The flavour combinations highlighting the best of Australian native ingredients and produce simply compels you to return over and over again! You can’t do better in the mountains.

Our favorite by far
Hard to believe that we have become regulars over this COVID period, but there you are.
We first enjoyed Arrana not long after it opened, in December 2019, for a friend's birthday. My husband was disappointed because he had already booked for our wedding anniversary the following month, but when we returned the menu was significantly different, and just as good.
Two months later we returned for my birthday and it was again wonderful. Mother's Day this year too, then lockdown but this year we have participated in the takeaway options and given ourselves amazing #datenight treats twice!
Not only is the food well balanced and using interesting combinations of flavours but the wines are also brilliantly matched.

My husband and I recently celebrated a special occasion at Arrana. Superb evening from the greeting at the door to the final wave goodbye. The food was outstanding and the service friendly and professional. We will certainly be back.

Blue Mountains Valentines Day degustation lunch ...every course a work of art!
Everything from arrival to departure was exceptional. Such a young, innovative exciting chef! Food and wine pairings perfect! I love the Waygu beef rib but the spanner crab was my favourite! Deserving of recognition for perfection!
