About Amelia Park Lodge
A Hamptons look and fine fare awaits at Amelia Park Lodge on Bussell Highway in Abbey. Retaining heritage listed older parts of Newtown House, the Lodge has been refurbished with clean lines and black and white décor, inviting guests to linger over a leisurely lunch with glass in hand, or spoil a special someone with a romantic mood-lit dinner. A fresh, authentic international inspired menu is on offer with starters such as crispy fried whitebait and spicy saffron dip, or perhaps sticky lamb ribs, Asian slaw and lotus crisps may tempt. For the main affair, delve into the likes of a Tomahawk rib eye with peppercorn sauce, truffle potato mash and pancetta, broccolini, lemon butter, walnuts and gremolata; finishing sweetly with chocolate mousse, white chocolate crumble and raspberry sorbet.
