With a name meaning ‘water and salt' – two of the key elements in Italian cuisine – this modern ristorante offers a retreat from the bustle of city life in industrial-style surrounds of polished concrete and warmly glowing lights. Say buon appetito to starters of wood-fired roasted porchetta with pecorino sardo cream, pane carasau and house pickles; before beef cheek and stracciatella ravioli with Parmesan and truffle cream, sausages and beef jus. Perhaps pick up a slice of pizza such as market seafood, garlic and chilli on a tomato sauce base, finishing with a dessert of traditional tiramisu.

Amazing menu options! The pasta is made on site and is delicious. The staff are very helpful and know alot about the Italian wines on the menu. They have also GF and vegan options. The polenta crumbed mushrooms are absolutely phenomenal. Great service can't wait to return!
