Banquette seating, wooden filigree panels and hanging cane chairs set the mood for memorable dining, perhaps starting with roasted and braised quail, ratatouille and Granny Smith apple; or Tiger abalone, pork jowl, smoked chawanmushi and cocktail onion. For the main affair, delve into perfectly cooked grain-fed striploin, pommes purée, artichoke, cavalo nero, black garlic and jus; or duck breast, peas, garlic, cherry and rum jus, finishing with smoked dark chocolate soufflé, coconut and mixed berries.
