Warm Bourbon Apple Cider Cocktail


2 litres apple cider
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup Bourbon
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoon whole cloves
Four cinnamon sticks
1 teaspoon nutmeg


Mix all ingredients in pot except bourbon and bring to a boil. Simmer for about fifteen minutes. Add bourbon and stir.

Immediately strain and serve into six individual glasses. The cocktails may be garnished with fresh orange or lemon slice, or a cinnamon stick. And as always, feel free to add extra bourbon as desired!

Serves four.
