30mL Snacky Chan’s housemade gin
15mL Koyomi Shochu
15mL Marie Brizzard Elderflower Liqueur
30mL blended cucumber flesh
15mL lime juice
30mL passionfruit sour beer
5mL sugar syrup
Place all ingredients into a Boston and shake with ice.
Double strain over stemless wine glass with ice.
Garnish with straw, dehydrated lime wheel, fresh kaffir leaf.
