Tres Chile Margarita - Recipe by Max Allison.


35mL Blanco Tequila
12.5mL Spicy Tequila
30mL Lime juice
20mL Jalapeño Curacao


50g de-seeded jalapeño
150g orange flesh
200g TQ

Spicy TQ:

100g Guajillo chiles (de-seeded)
250g Habanero (de-seeded)
2000g Blanco Tequila



Blend and infuse for 48 hours. Strain and combine with equal weight of caster sugar and a pinch of salt.

Spicy TQ:

Steep for 2.5 hours and then strain.

Serve over ice in a cocktail glass of choice.
