Having dessert as a Christmas aperitif? Why not…a refreshing cocktail for a hot Summer’s day.
30 ml gin
15 ml Campari
15 ml Cointreau
15 ml dry vermouth
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and fill with ice.
Stir well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
A twist of orange peel is not out of place here.
