Mix up your sorbets for a sweet summer sip - think passionfruit, coconut and peach
Hot chocolate, prepared as you like it
2 shots Bailey's Irish Cream Liqueur, caramel flavour
1 heaped scoop vanilla ice cream
Caramel sauce, chocolate shavings and sea salt, to top
Prepare your hot chocolate.
Pour Bailey’s in a cup.
Fill the remainder of the cup halfway with hot chocolate.
Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream, drizzle with caramel sauce, and add chocolate shavings and a light sprinkle of sea salt.
