Ingredients
45mL Suntory Toki Japanese Whisky
30mL house-brewed green tea
30mL matcha syrup
30mL fresh lime juice
1 egg white
Pinch matcha powder
1 edible flower
Method
Put the whisky, syrup, lime juice and egg white into a cocktail shaker and vigorously dry shake for 30 seconds so the egg white combines with the other ingredients and creates an emulsion.
Add ice to the shaker and shake another 30 seconds.
Using a fine strainer, strain the cocktail into a coupette glass.
Garnish with a sprinkle of matcha powder and an edible flower.
