Red Caramel Lightning Cocktail
Ingredients
20mL Red Vermouth
50mL Underground Caramel Vodka
1 piece of lime peel
4 fresh raspberries
Method
Chill your martini glass.
In a mixing glass, muddle the raspberries and lime peel.
Add Vermouth and Caramel Vodka, stir for 20 seconds.
Strain into martini glass and garnish with citrus peel.
