
Chocolate and Macadamia Affogato
The affogato is a simple yet elegant finish to a meal.
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen blueberry
1/2 tsp of fresh lavender
1/4 cup chia seeds
2 strips of lemon zest
1 cup oat milk
(Use organic produce if possible)
Combine all ingredients into a high- speed blender. Blitz till smooth and consistent. Pour blended mix into your pre-chilled glass and garnish with a sprinkle of fresh lavender.
