New York Sour Cocktail

Ingredients
60mL whisky
30mL lemon juice
15mL sugar syrup
15mL egg whites
15mL red wine
Ice
Method
Add whisky, lemon and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker and shake.
Add ice and egg whites into the shaker and shake again.
Pour over ice into a glass and add a 15mL red wine float.
