Mixed Berry Acai Bowl - by Seed Cafe


Acai Mix:

2 tsp Acai powder
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen berry mix
75 ml coconut quench (milk)

For Serving:

1/2 - 1 cup fresh and frozen fruit in season fruit
1/4 dried mulberries
15 g amaranth puffs
20 g organic seeds and nut selection
4 fresh mint leaves


Combine Acai powder, frozen banana, frozen berries and coconut milk into a blender and blitz to a smooth consistency.

To Serve:

Pour blended Acai mix into a serving bowl. Arrange the fresh and frozen fruit on top. Sprinkle the amaranth puffs along with the nuts and seeds around the fruit and garnish with mint to finish.
