Caster sugar, to coat
2 limes
500 g frozen mango cubes, thawed for 10 mins
1/3 cup (80mL) tequila
1/3 cup (80mL) orange-flavoured liqueur
1/3 cup (80mL) orange juice
Mint leaves, to serve
Lime wedges, to serve
Place the sugar on a small plate. Cut 1 small wedge from a lime. Run the lime wedge around the rim of each glass. Dip each rim in sugar to lightly coat. Juice the remaining limes.
Place the lime juice, mango, tequila, liqueur and orange juice in a blender and blend until smooth. Divide among serving glasses. Serve with mint leaves and lime wedges.
