Ingredients: 30mL Larrikin Buccaneer Navy Strength; 30mL fresh lemon juice (approx. half a lemon juiced); 15mL Manuka honey; 15mL warm water; 150mL chilled soda water; 2 sprigs rosemary; Ice

30mL Larrikin Buccaneer Navy Strength
30mL fresh lemon juice (approx. half a lemon juiced)
15mL Manuka honey
15mL warm water
150mL chilled soda water
2 sprigs rosemary
Ice

Method

Dilute the Manuka honey in the warm water.

Add Navy Strength, a rosemary spring, fresh lemon juice and the Manuka honey water into a cocktail shaker with ice.

Shake, shake and shake!

Strain and pour into a cocktail glass, then top it will chilled soda water.

Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and enjoy!
