Hong Kong Son - Recipe by Stanley


50mL basil-infused tequila
25mL lychee liqueur
30mL lime juice
10mL apple juice
10mL agave syrup
3 chilli slices
Sumac salt for rim


Add all ingredients into a shaker.

Either bruise or muddle the chilli depending on desired heat.

Double strain into a sumac salt-rimmed rocks glass on ice.
