Beef in Guinness Irish Stew
The Guinness in this recipe has the same function as the wine in Coq au Vin.
1-2 scoops vanilla or chocolate ice cream
300 ml Guinness stout
chocolate syrup or chocolate sauce
Add the scoops of ice cream to a tall glass. Pour the Guinness over the ice cream, letting the foam settle before pouring in the rest of the contents. Add toppings to your taste, in this case drizzle chocolate sauce on top. This will work with whipped cream and caramel sauce as well.
