
Garlic and Pepper Lamb Cutlets
Served with warm salad of snake beans, cherry tomatoes and Thai basil
60 ml bourbon
22 ml lemon juice
30 ml honey syrup
To make the honey syrup: mix one part honey with two parts hot water. Stir.
To make the drink: combine all the ingredients in a shaker full of ice, shake well and strain into a cocktail glass.
