Gin Fizz
Ingredients
60mL gin
Juice of 1 lemon or lime
2 Tbs sugar
Carbonated water
Method
In a mixing glass with ice, combine gin, sugar and juice. Shake 30 times.
Strain into a high ball glass and add carbonated water.
Drink immediately.
