Dark and Stormy Cocktail

Ice cubes, to serve
30mL dark rum
20mL lime juice
100mL ginger beer
Lime wedges, to serve
Method
Add ice to a tall glass. Pour in dark rum. Add the lime juice. Fill the glass to the top with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wedge.
