1 pack Changs fried noodles (100g)
1/2 cup dessicated coconut
2 Tbs coconut oil
1 block dark cooking chocolate (200g)
Melt coconut oil and chocolate together. Pour over noodles and dessicated coconut, mix well together.
Space dessert spoons of mixture onto a tray, place two candy eyes on each and set in the fridge for an hour.
