30mL Brookie’s Gin
1 bar spoon peach liqueur
1 bar spoon smokey Scotch whiskey
Dry tonic to top
Rinse a rocks glass with the whiskey.
Gill with ice and build ingredients over the top, before topping with soda.
Garnish with a peach slice, or two and an edible flower.
