1 cup pure carrot juice, chilled
1 cup Prosecco, chilled
Carrot stems or parsley sprigs for garnish
Combine both directly into the champagne glass, starting with more portions of Prosecco and topping up with carrot juice to suit your tastes. This recipe makes two drinks, so use half a cup of each ingredient for each drink.
Garnish with a sprig and drink straight away.
