Carrot Mimosas


1/2 cup pure carrot juice, chilled
1/2 cup Prosecco, chilled
Carrot stems or parsley sprigs for garnish


Combine both directly into champagne glass, starting with more portions of Prosecco and topping up with carrot juice to suit your tastes.

Garnish with sprig and drink straight away.
