Chestnut and Blackcurrant Mille-Feuilles by Melanie Dupuis and Anne Cazor
Stacks of caramelised puff pastry, with a chestnut cream and a blackcurrant jelly.
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 cup frozen banana
1 Tbs Mavella Superfoods Immune Boost
For toppings: granola, nuts, seeds, and sliced fruit of choice.
Combine the yogurt, frozen berries and Mavella Superfoods Immune Boost in a blender.
Blend until smooth, add milk as needed. For a thicker consistency add less milk.
Serve the smoothie in a bowl and add the toppings. Enjoy.
