Exceded expectatons in every way
We used The Spare Chef for catering for my husband's milestone birthday buffet lunch recently.
The menu selections were interesting and innovative and sounded very inviting.
As we do not live in town the spare chef had to travel an hour each way to reach us, and use their mobile kitchen on site . Their pre-preparation seemed perfect, they were punctual in arriving, and everything worked like clockwork.
The canapes were delicious, and beautifully presented, and really wowed the guests from the outset and the buffet lunch certainly exceeded expectation in terms of quality and quantity. It was generous in the extreme. We could not have asked for more.
