Along with a stunning array of canapés, think entrées like kingfish, green apple and ginger sorbet, puffed grain furikake and kombu; before memorable mains such as dry-aged duck, honey smoked pumpkin, juniper spike labneh and saltbush.

I love that I can have the most spectacular dishes, with such unique flavours, in my own home. The way Steele is able to bring out the flavours in dishes is something I have never experienced before. His passion for food is outstanding and he can answer whatever question I had. He makes the entire dining experience unique to me and made the group feel so special. There are so many amazing aspects within this business. Townsville has gained a treasure.
