Thankyou so much Jason



Jason was very kind, generous and thoughtful in the way he helped me create meals that suit my food itolernaces. I have coeliac disease and a rare food chemical intolerance thst makes going out and even cooking reslly difficult. I spend a lot of hours in the kitchen and it’s always been really tough for me to create tasty meals using only the few ingredients I can have. Jason created a stunningly inspiring dinner & desert meal that was artfuly presented on my plate. Normally food is just a chore for me but I’m more excited to recreate his menu and continue to work with Jason so I can spend less time meal prepping and more time enjoying life.

Who knew the type of glass would slightly alter the taste of red wine...
Jason brought his passion to every meal, and it could be tasted in every morsel. From the delicious warm bread, to the different texture dessert. His kindness and genuine conversation was the icing on the cake. We definitely now know that we didn’t just purchase food, but a whole experience. Thank you kindly.

A special experience
I had Passion Ate the Chef cater my wife's surprise milestone birthday. Not only was she surprised, she was absolutely delighted by the experience. The food was exquisite and servings were very generous. It left everybody wanting more of the experience. Even my generally finicky kids were negotiating to have them cater their next birthday! Overall a delightful experience and we will be recommending and coming back for more no doubt.


Jason, not only have you confirmed your passion for food, but also your expertise, flavours and presentation. Your canapes tasted delicious and looked great. Your staff were friendly and professional. All our guests were very complimentary. We will certainly use you again.

We have indulged in the modern and delicious food that Jason has prepared on a couple of occasions now.
Fabulous ingredients, stunningly presented on beautiful tablewear, has made for outstanding occassions .
Jasons desserts are nothing short of sensational and memorable.
Jason makes use of interesting and unusual ingredients as well as superb quality meats

5 Star all the way — ticks all the boxes
It’s hard to exactly say what impressed me most .. was it the highest quality ingredients intelligently fused to create an interplay of contrasting flavours, textures so that the whole dish is greater than the some of its parts which .. yet playful, whimsical at times and bold at others .. a master class in flavour profiles presented with an artists appreciation of colour texture and form in each course. As each course was served, Jason took the time to ‘ passionately’ explain what he set out to achieve which really lifted the whole experience.

Our 6 course dinner was an outstanding success that pampered us exceeding all expectations.

I would highly recommend Jason of Passion Ate the Chef to anyone . A superlative experience all round.
